Project Location

The proposed (LPG – NGL) Gas Processing facility will have optimum input basis performance capacity to receive between (100 – 150MMSCFD) feed gas supply per stream day of natural gas liquids (NGL) from the upstream gas fields and unitize Associated Gas reserves/resources which are operated by ExxonMobil. The project will provide gas treatment, LPG extraction, gas compression, energy optimization, power generation and auxiliary utilities.
The LPG – NGL gas liquefaction oriented plant will be located at Ibeno in Akwa Ibom State of Nigeria, a few kilometers away from the ExxonMobil Oil Terminal (QIT), popularly known as Qua Iboe Oil Terminal in the world oil market.
This terminal will guarantee a steady flow of Feed Gas to the gas processing plant.
Apart from the economic and production conveniences of a closer supply source, this location also will ensure easy accessibility to annex with existing third party gas pipelines infrastructures for distribution / delivery and
evacuation scheme of finished products to the international markets and domestic depots.
The LPG – NGL gas plant terminal is designed with an ultra modern private and dedicated jetty facility to receive and handle bulk LPG tanker vessels at its own jetty with supply scheme from the tank farm terminal, right down to the delivery point of consumer retail packs . The jetty facility also shall be available for throughput, can be leased to third party companies for refueling needs, logistic loading and reloading of LPG tankers and bulk vessels moving deep offshore and into the Gulf of Guinea.
We are in the process of securing over 70 hectares of land at Ibeno Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State for the first phase of the project to establish multi – value chain petrochemical facilities starting from the (LPG –
NGL) gas processing plant to Greenfield fertilizer, methanol and ethylene plants; as a self sustaining strategy for further plan with respect to the supply of feed stock.
The LPG – NGLButanization Depots will be strategically located throughout Nigeria, at the following locations: Uyo, Calabar, Port Harcourt, Owerri, Enugu, Asaba, Benin City, Ibadan, Lagos, Ilorin, Makurdi and Abuja; through sustainable coastal and inland transportation systems respectively. Similar depots will be located in Sokoto, Kaduna, Kano, Makurdi in order to achieve an intense network of gas supply for local domestic consumptions
